Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Nami AI mobile app and the websites https://namiai.ru and https://support.namiai.ru (together, the “Service”), provided by the operator of Nami AI (“Nami AI”, “we”, “us”). Nami AI is operated by an independent individual developer.

By creating an account, purchasing namitokens or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy at https://namiai.ru/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nami AI is an aggregator that gives you access, in one app, to AI models developed and operated by third parties, such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, ElevenLabs and Runway. Nami AI does not develop these models and does not control how they generate responses.

The Service may include chat with AI models, ready-made prompts, generation of text, images, audio or video where available, chat history and user support.

The list of available models, features, limits and prices may change. Specific models may be added, replaced, temporarily unavailable or disabled at any time, including when a provider changes or discontinues its service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using such services or consenting to the processing of personal data.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and notify us at nami.ai2026@gmail.com.
• You may not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, bonuses or restrictions, or share, sell or transfer your account to others.

Namitokens are the in-app currency of Nami AI used to pay for requests to AI models.

• Namitokens are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and payments are processed by the respective store under its terms.
• The cost of a request in namitokens depends on the model and the type of request. We may change prices and the contents of packs at any time; changes do not affect namitokens already credited to your account.
• Namitokens have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to other accounts.
• Purchases are final. Refunds are available only in accordance with the refund policies of Google Play or the App Store and applicable law; refund requests should be submitted to the store where the purchase was made.
• If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may deduct the corresponding namitokens from your balance and restrict your account.
• Namitokens granted free of charge, for example as bonuses, may be subject to additional conditions and may be revoked if they were obtained in violation of these Terms.
• If your account is deleted or terminated, your remaining balance, including unused namitokens, is forfeited and is not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• Responses are generated automatically by third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or offensive, and they do not reflect the views of Nami AI.
• AI output is not professional advice. It does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor, lawyer, financial advisor or other specialist, and must not be relied on as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• You must independently verify important information before relying on it.
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI output, including making sure that your use complies with the law and does not infringe the rights of others.
• Similar requests may produce similar or identical output for different users, so output is not guaranteed to be unique.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or encourage others to do so;
• create, upload or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors;
• harass, threaten, bully, defame or discriminate against others, or incite violence or hatred;
• promote self-harm or terrorism, or obtain instructions for creating weapons or causing serious harm;
• create or distribute malware, phishing, spam or other malicious content;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties, including uploading content you have no right to use;
• impersonate others or create deceptive content intended to mislead, including realistic depictions of real people without their consent;
• bypass limits, security measures, content filters or payment mechanisms, or exploit bugs and vulnerabilities;
• access or collect data from the Service by automated means, such as bots or scrapers, except through features we provide;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app or our servers, except where applicable law expressly permits this;
• resell the Service or provide access to it to third parties without our written permission;
• violate the usage policies of the providers of the AI models you use.

We may use automated and manual measures to detect violations and may refuse to process requests that appear to violate these Terms.

“Your content” means the prompts, messages, files, images, audio and other material you submit to the Service. You retain the rights you have in your content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and transmit your content only as necessary to operate and provide the Service — including sending it to AI model providers to generate responses — and to comply with the law. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms or the rights of others.

We do not claim ownership of AI output generated for you. Your rights to the output are subject to these Terms, the terms of the relevant AI model provider and applicable law, which determines whether such output is protected by copyright.

The Service relies on third-party services, including AI model providers, Google Play, the App Store, RevenueCat, Google Firebase and Telegram. Your use of AI models through Nami AI is also subject to the terms and usage policies of the relevant providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services.

The Service, including the app, the website, their design, texts, graphics, the Nami AI name and logo and the software — excluding your content and third-party materials — belongs to the operator of Nami AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app and the website. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

All third-party names, logos and trademarks mentioned in the Service, including OpenAI, ChatGPT, Sora, Google, Gemini, Anthropic, Claude, DeepSeek, ElevenLabs, Runway, Suno, Google Play and App Store, belong to their respective owners.

They are used only to identify the AI models and services available through Nami AI. Nami AI is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies, unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms or infringes your rights, including intellectual property rights, report it to nami.ai2026@gmail.com. Please include a description of the issue, relevant screenshots or links, and your contact details.

We review reports and may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where appropriate.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at https://namiai.ru/account/delete.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates a risk of harm to us, other users or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and unused namitokens are forfeited as described in “Namitokens”. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on disclaimers and limitation of liability, remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any particular AI model will remain available, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of Nami AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or AI output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for namitokens during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it, and we may update these Terms. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are material, we will also notify you in the app or by email where appropriate.

By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
