Delete your Nami AI account
On this page you can delete your Nami AI account and the data linked to it. Sign in with the same email or login and password you use in the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Email address and login
- Chat history
- Balance and namitokens
- Uploaded files
- Device and push notification tokens
What we keep
Only anonymized records required for accounting and legal obligations, such as payment records. They are no longer linked to you and are kept only for as long as the law requires.
Deletion is permanent
Your account is deleted immediately and can't be restored. Remaining namitokens and completed purchases are not refunded.
Delete in the app
You can also delete your account in the Nami AI app: Profile → Delete account.
